Flying in Neighborhoods: I didn’t know flying was going to be allowed and i don’t know how i feel about it.
There’s a saying… “When you give a man a pencil, he’s going to draw a Richard.”
Or something like that.
I thought it was going to be a warning to expect no addons working before Midnight launch. 
Neighborhoods are zone sized. They’re huge.
This is my hallway that leads to my two ballrooms.
I’m just worried it’s going to ruin possible interactions people could have with other players if everyone is going to just be flying around in the sky.

So do I and they are all ilvl 700+, full champion geared, at least.
Try playing them.
Looking forward to housing, but once again, please consider allowing guild/private neighborhoods to CHOOSE whether they want to impose faction restrictions on housing exteriors. The current direction is very unfriendly to cross-faction guilds (which is most guilds these days)!
I am looking forward to the brawler’s guild return! I have checked it a couple of times to see if they had updated it on the down low.

I just want some easily obtained veteran gear so I can catalyse a raid set.
