The “on or before” is corpo for “this time at the latest”.

I knew it wasn’t going to be far off when they decided to open up Housing to those that owned Midnight on Dec 2nd….that told me right there it would be Jan/Feb time frame for the pre patch

if you follow the 6 month of a season timline they have had it was always going to be feb for launch.

I just posted what Wowhead said now ….and really with Legion Remix going and it ends mid Jan or so you know the Midnight Pre Patch is not far behind that now….
