Blizz, I think you need to create more uses for Midnight Motes. At least for those creeping towards 1 million on the AH and/or at vendor prices.
mining and herbing share the same cooldown for mote of light.
Might make me put the overload buttons back on my bars if they had any value at all. Not even worth the few seconds it takes to overload nodes currently. I can spend those few seconds heading to the next node and gathering more herbs/ore with the gold equivalent of a few hundred motes.

Yup. When current expansion mats are driven down to worthlessness from massive oversupply this early, it just turns into a waste of space.

This started as a joke suggestion, but a great use for motes would have been for Alchemist to be able to transmute them into other mats based purely on their icons looking similar. Best example of is with Motes of Light looking similar to Fantastic Fur.
And, yes, this started as a reference to Codified Azeroot and Petrified Root using the exact same icon.

you will get it soon. just stand in the circle. you will get mote of light. that is where i got the extra. if not, you get nothing for a miss.
