The 30% XP From Mastery of timeways buff doesn’t physically show on beta, but still gives people 30% extra XP that logged out with the buff from live.

Endeavors scale other regions in the game from housing such as Outland that can give super easy quests, swap endeavor on, and then give full xp when turning in the quests along with mob scaling. ie: Can have a group without endeavor enabled, one shot all mobs and the character with endeavor on is getting max lvl 80-90 xp.
