What gives?
I just earned Exalted rep with the Rustbolt Resistance, but the Microbot XD is still locked to me. It says it’s reserved only for the most dedicated members of the Rustbolt Resistance.
I just made exalted rep. How much more dedicated do I have to be?

According to Wowhead, the blueprints are a 12% drop from Rustbolt Supplies:
Rustbolt Supplies are awarded when you fill the rep bar again AFTER getting Exalted - that’s an extra 10,000 Rep. For a 1-in-8 chance. Yeah, Pretty Dedicated.
Or you could buy it on the AH.
See also Killbot 9000, which substitutes for Microbot XD in a lot of cases where Supercharge->Ion Cannon is needed. Less health, but more Power and Speed. Bought with currency from Time Rifts at level 70 in Dragonflight.
