Make these go away. They are gatekeeping to people who are not puzzle oriented and making it impossible to complete quests.

you can use pocopoc to break them open and get the full rewards. i personally don’t mind the mezzonic puzzles but i absolutely loathe the Fugueal one (even with the puzzle helper addon) so I always use pocopoc to break those open. I get just as much rep from completing the WQ that way.

The one I don’t eff with is the Fugueauealelele puzzles. Sorry, but screw that. As far as I’m concerned it’s a broken puzzle.

But there’s also an add-on that will solve those puzzles for you. I like literally all the other puzzles-- they are so easy to do.

This is all I ever do. I have absolutely no idea which puzzle is which anymore, because I only ever actually did them during the tutorial for the 5 cyphers and then never again, not even on alts. The Nazjatar puzzles were okay, but ain’t nobody got time for this.

If you got bonus rewards for actually doing them, like essentia or something, I’d change my mind. :wink:

They’re pretty easy when you know how they work. I don’t know the names of the puzzles super well, but I’m assuming you’re talking about the 3x3 matching game? Anywho, the 3 items you pick all have to be the same or all different. So, same number of rings with all different icons in the middle… that sort of thing.

I enjoy the puzzles overall, but sometimes if its frustrating or in a hurry, nice to just have Poco pop the thing

There is an addon, “Zereth Mortis Puzzle Helper”, and it works great.

I do agree though - some of those puzzles in ZM are too hard for the average player.

These puzzle missions always are annoying. It’d be fine if they had some quest giver off to the side but not the way they set it up. It actually is annoying.

All of those puzzles are the easiest things to solve. Also, pretty sure if you really can’t do them, there’s an addon. If you refuse to do the addon, and can’t figure out the puzzles, OH WELL. It’s not gate keeping because you lack the ability to complete very simple puzzle problems.

Nope…not that one…or the one that untangles the strings…the one where you have to clear the board by clicking on a lit tile to make the ones around it disappear

All the puzzles are easy, you’re even given a tutorial on how to do them when you first unlock the world quests for them.

If you watch closely, the strings will vibrate and show you where to go. Sometimes i catch it, and eh, sometimes i don’t … :eyes: :grinning:

I don’t even know which are which puzzles lol. I like puzzles so they don’t bother me although there is one I like less than the others. At least they gave a way to auto-complete them this expansion, but that only works if our little buddy still has energy left.
