Oh trust me, that rats in your favorite Japanese restaurant too. Now that pho and Korean BBQ have been on the rise this past decade, most of those places I’ve been to are owned by Chinese also. The Chinese know their food isn’t respected so they just adapt and pretend to be other asian cultures knowing that most people won’t know the difference.
Chinese food being overly greasy is also a product of them altering their food for the western palette too so it’s crazy that they’re being dinged for it now that we’re on this big ol’ health craze. Actual Chinese food is far more steaming and broths than oily fried food.
trailer park garlic bread is the pinnacle of fine italian cuisine and i’ll fight anyone who disagrees!
trailer park garlic bread is white bread with butter on it, garlic powder sprinkled across it and yellow craft american cheese slice melted onto the bread in the oven.

I like both but there are certain locations that make the best Mexican food and that is not where I live now (SC) or I was spoiled by the food in Texas. So for me it would depend on the location and how well the food is made.
I’m Mexican and yeah, Mexican food > ALL FOOD.
