I like wheat thins also they are quite tasty.
In TWW however I think the hints of a more cohesive story spread over three expansions was a positive to hear.
Seems like loose ends will be tied up over these three expansions paving the way to a (dare I say) total reset for the game as a whole. At the very least after the last titan I’d expect all new lore with all the story points of wow up to then to not be mentioned anymore. Which I think is a great thing. After 20 years yes time for new stuff.
Hopefully such a reset will mean graphics improvements across the board new specs classes and maybe even new mechanics?

I know you’re trying to turn this into a black empire vs the titans argument but the actions and intentions of the Titans have no bearing on whether or not the forces of the void are our friends. They aren’t, they want bad things for us.
They’ve done bad things to us that we know about outside of Titan propaganda.

And no, he doesn’t seem out of touch, the dude literally wrote most of this stuff. Since there was never an end in sight, he is constructing an end to this huge story that he feels works for him.
Frankly a lot of what is hinted and stuff, isn’t all that ‘‘out of touch’’.

You think people are crazy about wow lore… join some ttrpg forums — dungeons and dragons (a game I like a great deal myself) has folks that get to preaching levels of commitment over that stuff. They’ll verbally shred you in some cases for getting lore wrong.

I think this is a lot of assumption from the community. Don’t get me wrong, it’s really interesting and I’d be happy if Blizzard explored these elements, but I’d need to see more established in game.
Either way, War Within and “fighting back the darkness” are basically the same thing. Anduin is going through some stuff. So, we’ll naturally have crafting quests to make tissues for Anduin, that sort of thing.

Sure, but I still have free will and autonomy. I doubt I’d get that under the oppression of the Old Gods. Considering mind manipulation and corruption is kind of their thing.
The Titans are far from perfect and have done some pretty horrible things, but the end outcome is pretty alright considering the alternative.

I will just say that BOTH the Titans and the black empire are bad. We should just KILL them all loot their Epics that will be trash in the next update and move on to the next thing that has better loot.

IDK. At some point if you hate, dislike the lore and story, perhaps just move on and play a different game? Maybe your tastes have changed and WoW isn’t for you anymore?
