On Metacritic, Shadowlands is 6.0 and WoD is 5.9 based on User reviews.
(Critic reviews are useless).
The most recent positive reviews are all like 10.0 or 9.0 and the reviews sound like those paid for reviews, highlighting all the features of the game.
As more players get into endgame, the User ratings will probably decrease even more.
SL is shaping up to be worse than WoD at this rate.
People bought SL as did i, thinking SL would be awesome.
But once people started playing, like me, SL became apparent like the pos that it is.
Havent logged in after my character hit 60.
Thatâs how bad SL is.
In WoD, at least, i kept leveling up my other characters.
In SL, no desire to even play my main and alts.
Any person with 1 brain cell who is upset at anything that isnât exactly catered to what they want in a game can create an account and post a bad review about the game for 0 stars out of 10.
The fact youâre basing your experience with the expansion based off of random peoplesâ reviews is very foolish and not to mention the fact you hit level 60 and didnât even try any of the content available to you in the first place.
I ve played enough of the leveling, did Thorgast, heard the story and wasnt interested.
The world and leveling just didnt appeal to me, unlike past xpacs.
âIâve played enough of the levelingâ LMAO what even? That has almost nothing to do with the content available to you at level 60.
WoW is better off without you if thatâs how you view the game just because you did not enjoy leveling your character.
You did not experience the game at all to itâs fullest or even near but yet youâre here complaining about it when you havenât a single clue of what youâre talking about.
By the way, Cyberpunk has a 90 score in Metacritic and we all know how great that game turned out to be.
Sorry pal. Cyberpunk quickly took that throne, by double.
That being said, the whole âbeing in a pandemicâ thing probably has a pretty big sway on these numbers.
But you linked Shadowlandsâ pre order numbers as a basis against someone stating that Shadowlands wasnât doing well. Or do those numbers only mean something when itâs beneficial to your opinions?
Basically no verification of purchase. Seen reviews on there from people who havenât even played the game they are reviewing, just some lame way at getting back at the company/devs who made said game.
