Or glyphs to choose a cpl forms. Or colors.
Really like to see a shadowy/fel/fire form that is less corporeal, like the dh form from wc3, so I don’t have to keep imagining my dh stepping into a phone booth before he transforms to change his pants and armor

It definitely would be pretty cool if we had something akin to druids’ artifact weapon appearances, but for different demon forms.
Small necro here, but what if they did a cross promotional thing with Diablo 4 where we could get a new demon form?

Even if it was just a limited time promotional thing, it would be hilarious for Meta to turn is into Ghom, complete with the long extended on-death fart sound from D3.
