This is to those who afk in BGs and/or refuse to improve at pvp - just know that if there was MMR you would be in the bottom percentile and deservingly so, and you are the reason that wow-pvp struggles to grow because you’re constantly ruining games.
I’m looking at you elf priest from mankrik that spent an entire wsg shadowmelded because ‘team didn’t protect you’ in the opening fight.
If you’re gonna queue - make an effort to win the game.
The percentage of wow-players that fall into this category is out of control compared to dota or something. Blizzard, it is better to prune them now so the game can grow than to let them suffocate wow pvp until it fully stagnates into nothingness.
You can save Era pvp and let WSG blossom into the global viral pvp phenomena it deserves to be!
Shout out to streamers who literally afk bgs, have a 2nd account botting, and buy gold on stream and blizzard just d o e s n o t c a r e. The ToS feels optional unless you trigger the automated systems.
I’ve completely stopped queuing wsg because of this. 95% of the games alliance side are 2-3 people making effort to play the bg while the rest just get farmed mid or are sitting afk.
