Merciless is still a very new team, forming at the beginning of September, so we do still have some growing to go through, but we are committed to getting through whatever challenges come our way and becoming a cutting edge team soon. Understand that it will take some time to build that caliber of a team.
While the all star type players certainly won’t be turned down if they are looking for a less demanding raid schedule or a place to raid with on an alt, we are primarily looking for players who are looking to grow their play ability and progress through the hardest content the game has to offer on a very limited schedule.
You must be able to handle constructive criticism. Deflecting/making excuses do not correct mistakes. We all make them, no one is going to be perfect nor will anyone be hostile, but, we do ask that you bring a level head and drop the ego for our roster. A few members of the team have very high end raiding/leading experience, extending into top 20 US mythic clears in legion.
What we provide: Flasks (Cauldron) and Vantus rune.
What is expected of you:
High attendance. We understand life will get in the way, but we raid only 6 hours a week. We need consistency within the team and roster to really progress on such a limited schedule.
Standard raid consumables should be used. This means Health potions, food buff and battle potions(pre pot and second pot) should be used in every encounter. We’re providing flasks and vantus for the raid, we expect you to fund the other portion of the consumables.
Good attitude/personality. Be fun to be around. You don’t have to show off or anything, just be yourself.
You should be constantly striving to improve your play as well. Do not settle. It’s ok if you didn’t do amazing so far, but don’t give up on trying to be amazing.
