Like the Worgen get to choose their human appearance, so should Mercenary Contract users. If signing up to fight for the opposing faction there should be an ability at the Barber Shop to customize the look you will have when using Mercenary Contract.

That’s very possible, especially if not many people use it?
You do realize that Rated Battlegrounds and Arena can be Alliance vs Alliance and Horde vs Horde?
Random BGs don’t matter at all and it doesn’t matter what faction you join. If you solo que, you will lose constantly to premades. If you join in a premade you will win most of your games.
It doesn’t matter what faction.
Horde are the only ones with access to the mercenary functionality. If it were available to both factions this might be a really cool deal. It would be even better if they expanded the scope of the merc contract to include dungeons and raids and such.
They should make all mercenaries pink-haired gnomes so we know who they are.

Why is that? More Horde queing?
Personally I stopped using mercenary for quick queues, Alliance never win… I’d rather wait 7-10 min for a win then 2 min queues to be obliterated…
But good idea.

Yes, more Horde players queue for pvp, making the time to get in for a battle longer than Alliance, which is pretty much instant.
