When I open up professions menu, achievement menu etc. some times drips my fps then it goes right back up. I sometimes have my professions menu freeze the game for 2 seconds when I open it. My computer is less then a year old AMD 7 4060 nvidia 32 gigs of memory. There has to be some setting I’m missing.
Disable all addons and try again.
