Men don't speak for me - As a woman, I'd love the blood elf body jewelry

The body jewelry that some loudmouthed males hated thinking they speak for ALL women. The same situation when they got in heat because at one point female blood elves were going to have a bigger bust, but men got offended on “my behalf” (that I never asked for). And while I’m not going to speak for everyone either, I and have seen comments that love the body jewelry that was leaked for blood elves.

I hope they put it back in. It would even be something I’d wear in real life, depending on the situation. Don’t need men being offended on behalf of women.

There’s a lot of men think they need to do stuff on behalf of women.

BUT…it’s not even Sunday yet.

It seems like the belf body jewelry was likely always intended to be an NPC-only customization for stuff like Illidan’s harem. There’s no point in customizations that only make sense when your character has no pants or shirt on.

Eh well in my experience.

There was supposed to be body jewelry as a customization option for blood elves, though like Joy brought up maybe it was NPC only. But at least some people were offended by it by even a chance of it being an actual option.

They’re removing it? It looks to me like it’s still there.

I for one think it’s a nice customization. I don’t understand how it’s offensive, but I appreciate you saying “some men”. We need to remember that no group is a conglomerate that thinks alike in every situation.

Edit: Nevermind, I see what you’re talking about now. Based on other customizations like tattoos existing though that would serve more or less the same purpose, I doubt that it’s a matter of being “offensive” to anyone, barring explicit evidence to the contrary.

Bummer, I was hoping hey might get added later. Didn’t know they were removed.

I mean Blood Elf females are just the fantasy body people wished women actually looked like.

Double points for the curved spines. (I’m just kidding.)

You have no proof what so ever that they removed the jewelry options because people were “offended.”

For starters, they were datamined content and they looked like garbage on the character models, so clearly it was a scrapped idea.

We now have the ability to mog our shirts away, and customization options like tattoos exist, so I’m not really sure your argument logically follows.
