The memory of vengeance tinker gem isn’t giving the proper amount of main stat according to the tooltip on the gem its self and the buff you get when you gain it. The gem gives a very small amount of main stat. Like i had the buff read 80% of main stat granted and only gained a few hundred when my main stat is 35k
It gives % based on your base line main stat (no gear/cape). So for most people its only around 2k. I would assume this is an oversight as it makes the tinker 100% useless. Maybe they will fix it
