Memory of the Frenzyband has bug

The tooltip says they cause the target to bleed for an additonal 100% of their damage over 8 sec.
A bleeding damage must be accumulated all damage whatever i use any skills, but it resets the bleeding damage whenever i use a skill.
it is a critical problem when people choose the legendary.

Is it actually resetting or is it adding the damage to the bleed?

Shadow priest’s Devouring Plague I believe stacks the damage into the DoT but capped at 3 I believe iirc.

Bleeding damge of Frenzyband always reset whenever i use Shred or Rake.
So, during the berserk, bleeding damage of Frenzyband is much weaker than my Shred damage.

yeah I totally thought that it just put a cumulative DoT on the target at the end of berserk which then ticked for 8 seconds, if it is refreshing then it isn’t an 8 second DoT and this whole legendary is trash.
