So I got all the items needed for the candles except for this one. I went to the coordinates listed in WoWHead and the location shown in a video. There is nothing on the wall and no place holder. The wall to the right of the bar when facing the kitchen has nothing.
I tried it with the Spectral Essence equipped, tried to use Krastinov’s Bag of Horrors, and nothing is showing up. This is completely stopping me from getting the achievement. Anyone have any ideas on what I can do to get it to show up? Thank you.
