When moving between accounts, I put the Memories into my Warband Bank and on the next character they were gone. 11, 16, and 12 then added more on another character, and then another character, and when I went in on the 4th character, they were at 6, 7, and 6.

Can confirm also, Memory of the Eastern Kingdoms, Memory of Northrend and Memory of Kalimdor just randomly disappear from the Warband bank when swapping to another character.
Not sure what’s causing the issue but they are just gone.
Yep mine are also gone now.
Happened to me, but getting on a different alt was a work around.
Had 19 in my paladin’s inventory, my hunter put 5 in the warbank.
Got on paladin but the 5 were missing.
Got back on hunter, and could see the 5, pulled them out, and mailed 1 to my paladin.
Then I was able to combine the 20 of them and destroy the remaining 4.
