Memory Issues..possibly help?

So, I just recently got a new computer, downloaded WoW in it’s own special hard drive so that way it’s all on it’s own and not clustered with other stuff. I’ve been running with 120FPS and I rarely ever lag unless there’s so much stuff going on that it’s just hard to process. With that said, for some unknown reason I just recently got a notification from my computer saying something about the Memory? And then my game froze up?

Upon restarting my FPS has severely dropped and there’s a constant lag because of it that I don’t know how to fix or what could possibly be the issue as again my computer is new and the only thing that is on it is WoW, a few addons, and some WoW screenshots. My game is lagging and I have no idea how to fix this or what could possibly be causing it.

What did it exactly say?

You might want to post on Tech Support, as they are better at dealing with this sort of thing.

I don’t exactly remember it word for word because I looked it over quickly and hit ok but it had discussed that Bnet was having some sort of memory issues with I think being too much memory? Again I can’t remember :frowning:. But my wow has been wigging out now because of that notification despite having absolutely 0 issues prior and this has suddenly popped up. But I will try to post it there, thanks .

If its a wow error there should be a error in the errors folder. The folder is located inside the game folder. Open the text file. You can try posting here is it will not fit. post it on pastebin.com and just post the letters past the last / see below the highlighted part

As an additional from Northernlite, can we take a look at DxDiag files and a screenshot of the Task Manager (CTRL+SHIFT+ESC)? Please place the DxDiag as shown below.

There’s been some situations where third party applications may be fighting over memory. Try closing background applications and disable any overlays like Discord overlay if they are active.
