Ever since the most recent update, my game crashes constantly with the “not enough memory” pop-up. I’ll also get an error that says something like “requested 991568 bytes of memory” and it will crash. I’ve lowered graphics, removed all addons, uninstalled apps, closed all background apps and it still will just crash randomly. My laptop never had any issues running the game until the most recent update. Any help is very much appreciated.
You’re memory leaking, but it likely isn’t directly due to WoW. Yet another case where this is probably relevant:
Plenty of background apps have no visible indicator that they are running and if they are using hardware acceleration, then it can cause issues like this.

My windows and drivers all are up to date. In the Task Manager, the only thing I’m seeing under GPU usage besides what you referenced is Windows Widgets but after disabling I still get disconnected due to memory. I read that it is difficult to permanently remove and ending in Task Manager doesn’t fully close it. I’m not sure what else to do
Can you post a dxdiag? Is the memory location by chance FFF or 000?
