Seeking some help/advice for my memory crashes. I have already tried launching after removing my WTF, Interface, and Cache folders, and the game crashes right after loading me in with the same error. "The exception unknown software exception (0x0000008) occurred in the application at location 0x00000000755AD6C2. Linking crash logs.
Your drivers may need to be updated in Device Manager, or optionally, go into BIOS/UEFI and try to stop overclocking to see if it resolves the issue. Those are just the simplest fixes though.
Your C and D drives have hardly any free space remaining. That’s something that definitely needs to be addressed. 10% is the absolute minimum, 20% free space is better. If you’re using a drive just for media files (videos, photos, music, etc.), that’s generally ok. For drives with your OS and/or applications/games on it, you need to leave some breathing room.
Secondly, you have a couple of frequent flyers on the crash list. This might be related to the lack of free space on your C and D drives, so start there. LEDKeeper2.exe and dwm.exe are your frequent crashes. A few others that are showing up are curseforge.exe, wallpaper32.exe, icue.exe, also make appearances.
If freeing up space on your C and D drives doesn’t help, I’d look for updated versions of those. If they’re already the most recent versions, try uninstalling them and see what happens.
