Finally was able to make some sense of legendaries, tier gear, etc. Had a few memories already in my bags since I didn’t know what to do with them. Ran Spires on heroic so many times that I can’t count and never got it to drop. Ran a mythic Spires for memory Lightbringers Tempest since was told on mythic level droprates had been increased to 100% but did not get it to drop. Was drop rates increased? Is that incorrect then that on mythic it is 100% droprate for memories? Or? Getting awfully frustrated. Thank you in advance.
It’s 100% on all difficulties.
You either already have learned it, or it’s in your bag.
Or it doesn’t drop there at all.

If it ain’t dropping you might already have it, either learned or sitting around in your inventory/bank. Check your Adventure Guide and navigate to the Loot tab to see what Legendary memories you’ve learned to make sure.

Thank you for the replies/answers/thoughts. Have checked my bags, bank etc not there or anywhere. Under the adventure guide shows not learned (tempest lightbringer memory). Guess I’m stuck. Submitted a ticket but gamemaster said working as intended basically. If it was working as intended, I would have had it drop or already learned. Seriously frustrating.
can you buy it in Korthia? I filled out all my unlearned memories there in a few minutes…

Thank you for the suggestion. Did re open the same ticket and was awarded to me. Problem solved. Should have dropped and it didn’t. Glitched. Fixed. Blizz did the right thing.
