Meme character, how far could it go?

I’ve had an idea for a bit now but I was wondering how feasible it is.

Let’s say I just wanted to make a Guardian Druid that used the Thunderfury trinket, snowball embellishment set and arcane talents. Everything else I’d gear, would the limitations of those 3 things impact my gameplay a lot or are they minimal?

I have my seasonal achievement on other characters.

I think I seen a high performing hunter stick to mythic freehold dice before and still do ok but has anyone tried something like this before?

The answer depends entirely on whether you got a group willing to carry and deal with you and your inherent inadequacies as well as their skill and capabilities.

You’d have a better bet getting through raiding since the 2nd tank can be much more of a carry and largely just needs to press taunt and hold a boss long enough for a debuff to clear or whatnot. Raid tanking is, by far, the most boring and easy job in this game just like raiding, overall, is mechanically the easiest and dumbed down babymode content of the 3 pillars.

Edit: Only requirement is meme name on the character. I have 2 druids both with dumb names. 1 is Bmblbeetuna the other is Grasstomouth.

How can I help with this goal?

I’m always a third tier minion at best that never quite reaches their potential because I love pranks, wear bad shoes and is the worse punk guitarist ever and also make a lot of bad decisions, including this one probably

I want to step up my game.

I do also have tank privilige.

I’ll confess I did this idea in season one where it worked but to be fair I had made the embellishments at a time people were still figuring them out.

Nice video! I’ll check it out, affliction lock seems challenging.

People dissing Affliction warlock? Pah. I was playing Affliction even when people were saying it wasn’t meta or even good and I still achieved every goal I set out for. Sure, it sacrifices a ton of ST for AoE damage, but it can still push Seed of Corruption just fine.
