I have Rank 10 FOS on my hunter, but none of the melee Replica Grand Marshall weapons are available for purchase at the vendor. What gives? Am I missing something?
Hunters could originally equip them in vanilla and I can’t transmog the Claymore or Polearm on my hunter, even though he’s survival and can transmog other 2h weapons etc.
Is this a bug that needs fixing?
with the non originals you must get 1800 in rbg’s to unlock the appearance to be able to mog it.
I’m able to buy all the replica ranged weapons and armor though. It’s like Blizzard forgot that hunters can use melee weapons again.

Its not character restricted, my paladin has never been 1800 but my warrior has been 2200 and I can mog the replica GM stuff on any class/character.
Don’t the weapons require the old rank 14 FoS? Rank 14 in classic is when weapons were available, not rank 10.
As former Grand Marshal from vanilla myself, I was not able to get weapons until I hit Grand Marshal/Rank 14.
That said, I think that the access to the mogs for us old vanilla vets should be account wide, and not character specific. It’s kinda unfair that a warrior can unlock so many more mogs (due to weapons) than my Mage can, but that’s just my opinion.
It requires you to hit 1800 on a character in rbgs or have the old feat of strength for GM/HL.
Also they aren’t weapons anymore but cosmetic items. You may be able to unlock them on your mage now!

I just tested it, and sadly I could not use the items to claim the mogs of things I can’t equip.

ah well, unless Blizz decides to change it there’s not much I can do. My days of pvp rank grinding are long behind me. I don’t have the physical and mental acuity I had nearly 20 years ago
