Melee hunter doing over twice the dps of the lowest caster, nice job balance team

Season of melee it is.

Incompetent buffoons.

Don’t ignore that melee hunters are only 4th on DPS. Rogues and Mages do more. Warriors are doing 1.5x more.

this barely changes between 99th-90th-80th-70th.

That better for you, since you are too incompetent to change a dataset.

2009#dataset=100&aggregate=amount is what you should be looking at. This reflects what is possible from each class, and will be much closer to where the meta will be in upcoming weeks.

Regardless, the entire point of this thread is to simply say, nerf melee or buff casters. Thanks.

That is absolutely not what you should be looking at, this is a level of degenerate only two or three guild will be willing to go through to achieve.

If anything, you should remove the top 1% entirely from the dataset to get an accurate representation of where classes stands when played without abusing exploitable mechanics, consumables, buffs, stacking, yada yada.

Mages might do more DPS versus one boss that buffs their “max DPS” parse super high. If you go to normalized scores which averages all the bosses max dps then you have mages still top caster but only above ret paladins for melee DPS.

Still though using max parses is extremely misleading and it’s better to use 95/99 parses to see a classes potential or where they compare to others.
