A simple Frostbolt Spellslinger 2v2 Fix

Change: Fractured Frost: While Icy Veins is active, your Frostbolts hit up to 2 additional targets and their damage is increased by 15%.

To: Fractured Frost: While Icy Veins is active, your Frostbolts hit up to 2 additional targets and their damage is increased by 15%. When only 1 Frostbolt sends during Icy Veins per Frostbolt cast, Frostbolt grants 3 stacks of Death’s Chill and their cleaving power merges, dealing 30% increased damage per Frostbolt.

Boom!!! Now 2v2 Spellslinger Frostbolt build is in a better spot for 2v2 game modes.

Also may need some fixes to prevent other classes you play with from having uncontrolled cleaving so much - rogue mainly, convoke resto etc.

Cancelling subscription, but might resub to make WoW ai videos or if they make some hotfixes to improve Frostbolt Spellslinger in 2v2. Also would petition a solo 2s rated mode, if they can fix other classes cleaving and Frostbolts underwhelming performance this expansion.
