Everyone enjoying playing on the anniversary servers this weekend?! Every quest mob dead and camped. Every herb/ore node gone or camped. Every zone over populated and impossible to farm or quest in. I love it! Can’t wait for TBC with even more people crammed into even less zones!

In no way did i choose this, i got my sub when there were way more layers and it was actually possible to do things in the open world. This was forced.
Which level, faction and server? I was playing Horde on Nightslayer in STV and didn’t notice this…

I just hit 60 and never had any issues questing the entire time on Nightslayer.
I barely even dealt with any alliance surprisingly.

My experience, also, on this toon. Currently 51, levelled over the past few weeks. I can count on one hand the number of times I had to deliberately quest somewhere else due to high player density - once in Tanaris, and three times in Hillsbrad before giving up on that zone altogether.

There’s always the 7th reboot of Skyrim if the ‘Massively’ and/or ‘Multiplayer’ part(s) of your MMORPG experience are not to your satisfaction.

Between the AOE Mages, quests with limited spawn unique NPCs, and ever-present gankers, it…
… it actually wasn’t too bad, but it was definitely very inefficient XP per hour.

Gee yeah really sucks to have a world that fills full and alive. Sucks to find dungeon groups as a dps at any time of the day. Realllly sucks having competition around npcs/materials in a MMO like ugh what is this?

If mega realms are the future of this game, I’m out after 21 years. I’ll just go to private RP realms or use AI to set up my own servers. Would rather play with AI bots than the ‘people’ that infest megarealms.

January 13th is the day I go back to MoP. There is nothing worse than a new launch of a new classic version. I’ll try out TBC classic in a year or so, whenever they launch WoD Classic or whatever pulls the mob of players away again.
When I started in late February, I had a hard time finding groups for elite quests. I was told it was because everyone is level 60.
TBC hype got people out leveling again.
I am leveling fresh horde to balance the numbers on Whitemane.
The server is active, there are no layers, there is world pvp, I have gotten into RFC, SFK, and WC so far a couple times each dungeon at the correct level in a normal group playing this rogue just watching the Looking for group chat while I quest. Quest mobs are not hard to get, the herbs and minerals are present in world to mine and pick because I see them often, and there are players to quest with often.
You should abandon Anniversary and move to Classic Era because it is superior.
I barely had any issue leveling to 60 and farming herbs on Dreamscythe, but there sure is a lot of people leveling… and it made me wonder if there are really people.
The people on Anni play on anni for the simple fact it will progress from Vanilla to TBC to WotlK. All the people that want to play on Era or SoD are already on that trash version of the game.

If the point of your game play is TBC then why not level in a path that is less traveled and there you will find adventure.
