I put it into DuckDuckGo and it tried to take me to a website that I do not trust, but from context, I believe that it is a type of dance.

As other people have said, Megalovania is a soundtrack. For the people who don’t know, Megalovania is essentially the calling card of Toby Fox, who is a game developer. It showed up first in Homestuck, then again in a rom hack of…ugh, crap, what was the game called? The game with Ness. Earthbound? Earthbound. And then finally, it showed up again in Undertale as Sans’ boss fight music.
Essentially, if you hear Megalovania in a game, it’s the signal that you’re about to fight one of, if not the hardest boss in the game and you’re likely going to die.

Its a catchy tune. If WoW stole it for a boss fight those so called hardcore raiders would poop themselves, if they knew what the music meant.
