Just queued into a game , WW monk + Resto shaman. I’m rogue mage.
Gladius showed that the resto shaman is using adaptation and at the start it was on still on a 10 sec coolddown.
We went up and pop all cds , suddenly the shaman trinketed my cheap shot and grounded my mage’s combustion.
We had a reset and i blinded the shaman then the adaptation was triggered.
Is this a new glitch to equip medallion and adaptation at the same time?
I tried in the next game to equip both but unable to.

He’s probably using inscrutable quantum device. It doesn’t count as a medallion and can be equipped with adapt or relentless.
If you are cced and use iqd, it breaks the cc.

Yep it does different things in different situations. Breaks cc if cced.
I knew it healed, does it still give stat when it breaks cc?
I have not checked if it did I only told my healer friend to use it vs rmx since it throws them off.
No it doesn’t it either gives stat or break cc
I tested it, it mostly certainly does cc. It does dmg 11k at 213 ilvl to a target at 20% no range too, healing to a friendly at under 30%, mana for healers under 20%, stats most of the time for every other situation.
Yeah there’s a weak aura you can get that’ll tell you what it does if you use it at that moment
