Is there a good mechanical staff to match the Gnome heritage set and the Mechagnome aesthetic? If not, Blizzard should add one to the store or the Trading Post. If you know of one, please link it below.
Can a staff be mog with polearms and other 2Hs? Cause I know there is a few maces that might work.
I don’t believe so. At least, nothing is listed in the drop-down except staves and the stuff from legion.
Not if the class can’t use them, sadly.

“Regurgitated Purifier’s Flamestaff” and “Reclaimed Shock Coil” both look pretty good but most of their appearances don’t necessarily match the color of the heritage set.
I’m thinking of something with moving gears and stuff. Maybe with a bit of purple and gold to match the set.

Weird that Blizz didn’t add heritage weapon mogs to go with the race heritage armors. But ya the one Aben linked looks good for Mechagnome casters.
Not a great color match, but there’s also a staff from Siege of Orgrimmar that has a mechanical look.
Available in blue, orange and green.
And of course, Uldir’s weapons have an ancient-techno vibe:

Destro Warlock Legion Artifact weapon’s hidden appearance has a definite mechanical vibe to it.
Thanks! I went and did the dungeon on M0. I didn’t get the Neural Synapse Enhancer, but I got something else that gave me the exact same mog (golden staff instead of silver). So, I’m good. It looks great with the Gnome heritage armor!

How about something for main hand and off hand?
Any suggestions?
Gnomish Liquid Transport, a Spring Gadget, or a Tork Wrench would all work for off-hand. For main hand, maybe, a Gnomeregan Mindslicer?
Problem is, the Lever of the Megantholithic Apparatus is no longer in game. 
Staff in mechagon dungeon plus various BFA maces and staves themed around gnomes.

Necro aside, I’m pretty sure Siegecrafter Blackfuse is still in the SoO and still drops his normal loot table, in spite of Wowhead’s database sometimes being goofy.
