Hey, guys.

Where is a good place to scoop up a variety of mechanical pets? Mechagon seems to only have a couple different ones.

Unless you’re one of the folks that considers it wrong to just buy a pet, you should check out AH. Lots of cheap mechanicals. Cheaper usually on busier realms, like there’s 15 different mechanicals on Stormrage currently for 1K and under.

The AH is my first thought!

A quick glance at Rematch suggests there are only about 16 Wild Mechanical pets, and about 3 or 4 times that many as drops or otherwise tradable pets.

Use your Ramatch to filter

Type: Mechanical and
Sources: Pet Battle

That’ll give you your Safari agenda. :+1:

Couple of afterthoughts

  1. If you are starting your collecting career, bookmark this, the list of pets must useful for battling:

  2. If you are new to buying (and selling!) pets on the AH, know that the AH is COMPLERELY IRRATIONAL about pet prices. A pet could be 50 gold one day, and 500 the next - and 5000 on a different server. Now that you can buy from other servers by shuffling gold through your Warbank and making an alt, always consult https://undermine.exchange/
    and look doiwn to the bottom of the page to find prices on other realms.

I have some elememtal pets I want to level, so I thought I would kill two birds with one stone.

Darkmoon Faire has two: Tonk & Zeppelin

BfA has two good ones you can buy (one for each faction): Lil’ War Machine (Horde), Lil’ Siege Tower (Alliance).

Iron Starlette is one of the best, but I can’t remember how I acquired it.

Agreed, I consider this a must-have for pet battling. Having two even better. First seen as part of the startup to the Warlords of Draenor expansion as you worked Blasted Lands.

If you want to try for one now, it’s very advisable to check the comments on Wowhead. Need to be in right version of game, before or after the Cataclysm, and might need to be in Chromie time too. Still some confusion.

Usually well under 10K on AH.
