I know its only a personal opinion request but is there anyway we can get the Mechanical Family to be a choice of “spec”?
My theme is a Mechagnome Engineering Hunter with a Mechanical Pet that I built.
But Im limited to ONE “spec” for my class fantasy (cunning),
Cant we get mechanicals to mimic thier Family?
Mech Wolf mimic Ferocity
Create a Mech Bear to mimic Tenacity
Or even the entire Mech pets the ability to switch between the 3 specs since technically they are built and programed.
most hunters just want remove all that and have all pets be skins and we just train them and BM hunters just have more skins and exotic skills to teach there pets
Well, we could have enjoyed a new TINKER or ARTIFICER class, you know?
now we can play as Earthen in the future we may get golemmancers or golem taming/reprogramming since golems are just more simple mechanical creatures
This would definitely be awesome. Be able to use a spirit beast skin with having MS for pvp? Yes please.

I’d like to see more mechanicals in the game, plus I’d like Engineers to be able to make some, along the lines of the Protos in SL. Engineers have made vanity pets and mounts, why not hunter pets. You could still need to “tame” them. It’d potentially give engineers something more to make that some may want.
The old system, that’s now only in classic. where pets had talent trees as well.
Engineering is supposed to be class agnostic; what good does Hunter pets do for non-Hunters?
Id like it to be more like pet system from legion but with a skill swap system so you can choose to slow or reduce healing ect
It’d do the same as it does for vanity pets and mounts. People can put them on AH, gift them to friends, or into GB.
And don’t forget that like most profs, engineering quite often makes stuff that’s only usable by an engineer.
Isn’t that strange how Engy then low-key panders to, let’s say for now, the worst and most despised class of the game by the community?
