Mechanical Hunter Pets with Race Change

I don’t have access to Mechanical Pets with this Hunter, if I race change to Gnome, I’ll have the skill without doing any quest?
Please, help me. Thanks.

Its part of their passive, you should have it by default.

Just buy this and you won’t need the race change.
