Mechagone heroic locked

Mechagon lockout broken?

I ran Mechagon (Junkyard). Afterwards, I found myself locked to both it and the Workshop part although I have not queued for nor gone into the Workshop. I just wanted to see the whole dungeon before unlocking a mechagnome

To be clear, as I recall I did NOT queue for both wings. I wanted to do them in order.
