Spent over 6 hours waiting for this damn thing to respawn — nothing.

Been spending different evening for more than a week waiting for it to respawn – nothing.

What’s the respawn rate on this thing? Anything that can be done to increase it? It seemed like I didn’t used to have to wait long for the thing to spawn back a few weeks ago.

(I just want my last vinyl for the achievement…)

  1. Did you even check if the rec rig was up for the day by checking with the npc?
  2. If it was up for the day, did you look in the group finder? I do that when its not spawned but is up. That way I don’t wait a second and simply shard into a server where it is spawned.
  3. Do you know how to activate hard mode?
  4. I’m farming the same thing. Done it like 5 times on hard mode. Still no drop.

Not sure how well known it is, but the shirt that can drop during the event can become a battle pet.

Equip the shirt during the waves and you’ll generate unstable isotopes. It takes 100 to charge the shirt, the fifth time you charge it, it becomes the pet;

People sometimes list groups in the group finder just like murloco. Realized this too late since I too am trying to get that blasted vinyl to drop.

I just did it 5 days in a row for the pet. Not that I haven’t noticed before this, but…it does seem to have a long respawn of around 4-6 hours. It did respawn every day [and at least a couple/few times while I was there doing other content]. The shirt to make the pet makes you wait 24 hours, so I did find it also seemed to spawn close to the same time [ie the drops I needed had a 3 hour lifespan, I’d plan it around that-so I use the word ‘close’ loosely].

This was only for 5 days though, how consistent it really is…well, you know. :slight_smile:

I just waited two hours and it finally spawned, very excited as I’m trying to get the Triumph Vinyl…

Then I got phased and there was a Rec Rig already built with the event finish, so I’m done playing for the day.
