When I first picked up this quest I contributed to the charging station, I then ran over and killed the event mobs at the Rig at The Overflow, neither one counted towards the construction contribution. I’m stuck on this quest and cant move any further. This zone is so poorly laid out and bugged, its ridiculous.

I would just love to know what the timer is on this quest. I’ve been all over the zone two days in a row. With the bonuses of both projects in the zone. So I know they are already completed. How am I supposed to contribute to building when I don’t play until late evening?
