So, there used to be NPCs you could talk to to travel to and from Mechagon. I did all of the quests I could find there, but there doesn’t seem to be anything now. Any idea where they went or what we have to do to unlock them? The flight path is pretty annoyingly long and expensive. Or maybe that’s the intention?

One of the rare spawns drops the blueprint for a Mechagon portal. I forget which one.
Down the docks by the submarine, NPC ports you horde side.
