And the achievements there are some of the worst achievements.

I figured I’d revisit it to maybe knock some of them out. Nope. RNG spawn drops RNG loot to visit RNG boss to drop RNG loot for one criterion out of 20 for an achievement which is part of the meta achievement?

And you guys complain that corruptions are multiple levels of RNG. Hot damn.

Was the only way to really do this zone to do it at launch in PVE? The intent was to kill war mode, right?

They should make an option to turn on war mode off.

Nope.

I will still do Mechagon over Vashjir, Nazjatar, or a single second inside any Dire Maul.

I love mechagon personally. I’ve had tons of fun there.

This though, I can’t argue with. Too much rng involved in some of the achievements.

Mechagon collectables don’t impact gameplay like corruptions do.

Only bad thing with Mechagon, and it is entirely an alliance problem, is the travel time or committing a hearthstone to a fun but now irrelevant area.

Actually, my experience was that the best way to do everything when it launched was with WM ON. It was super fun, everyone used General Chat to let others know and people assisted against gank groups.

Now its a dead zone, as such… WM on is very dangerous. Not recommended.

I don’t know if it’s cause I was an engineer but you can get an item that teleports you there.

Having had time to do both a couple times I think I enjoy Mechagon more honestly.

Though I liked both in the end.

Benthic gear should be the standard catch up gear going forward and just as easy for alts.

Rng loot? Loot in that place? The only reason I went there was to get revered, and unlock stupid pathfinder part 2. Same with trash mob hub Nazjatar. Did not go back to robot island until the rep bonus to unlock robot gnomes. Good riddance to both places :laughing: OH, and hey blizz! Stop making that creepy gnome follow me around on my alts with that stupid Mechagon intro quest I keep deleting, and the gnome keeps trying to push his quest on me. No means no, if you haven’t heard.

aww I liked mechagon! Interesting collectables and secrets, rare drops from mounts and fun pvp, the first few months of mechagon are probably the best the game had since the launch of BfA
