You get 1 a day from completing the mechagon world quest. Another source is rng chance from chests. This is usually limited to 6 chests a day. I dont know if they drop of rares.
They have a low chance to be looted from rares and treasure chests. I’ve gotten 2 that way. I’m not going to spend them until I can upgrade the ring blueprint (which is gated behind rep, of course).
