Female mechagnome ears don’t show with this helmet model:

This applies to both the regular ears and the mechanical modification options.
It’s like this for every race, except for elves/trolls/goblins/vulpera that have their normal long ears poking out. Either the ears are cut off/removed like your pic shows or the ear texture is a smooshed graphic and both look really bad. Hope they can fix this or fine tune it for the races that need it.
Ah, looks like you’re right. I guess I didn’t notice on my main because their head isn’t as big as the gnome’s in the dressing room.
Sorry for the necro but it looks like this was fixed with the Undermined update for most races that I checked (with atomic recalibrator toy) so hopefully it works for you too.
