Mechagnome Unlock Quest BUG Urgent Care Not Appearing

So I finished the quest line and have the achievement when i go to the Stormwind Embassy I get no quest line . After the achievement it is supposed to appear. I already submitted a ticket but all i got was a generic respond i also did what they told me that was to reload the UI with all Addons on. Come on Blizzard i pay 15$ month for actual support

I am having the exact same issue. Exalted and the required questline done on my Horde, and then I did the questline AGAIN on my Alliance. It seems that my Alliance toon isn’t getting credit for the exalted rep, for some reason.

Same issue here. Have achievement but the quest line to unlock them is not available.
