Mechagnomes can barely transmog without the barber shop. Would be really slick for them to have a racial where they can “upgrade their parts” on the fly.
Could look a lot like the dark iron dwarf mole machine but something that lets you swap your parts.
To make it balanced I’d even be ok saying you can only change your mechangome parts and not your hair and skin etc.
