I was hoping to see more customization options for mechagnomes in the upcoming patch. They are very lacking vs all the other races. To this day they should have looked more mimiron than what we got.
More mog restrictions need to be lifted, mostly pants. The diaper look that we have is just bad/lazy, and seems very easy to fix. Just turn the pants on.
ā¦or just play a regular gnome. shrug
For me the whole part of playing a mechagnome is showing off the mecha parts. Mogging them away seemsā¦ weird.

I also think being able to control if say one arm or leg is done vs having it all or nothing.

From the moment I understood the weakness of my flesh, it disgusted me. I craved the strength and certainty of steel. I aspired to the purity of the blessed machine.
The habitants of Azeroth cling to their flesh, as if it will not decay and fail them. One day the crude biomass that they call a temple will wither, and they will beg our kind to save themā¦ but we are already saved, for the machine is immortal.

So, there will be another temporal incursion where we return to Mechagon to dethrone King Mechagon once more in the next patch.
I really like the next patch is about Goblins. Really wonder if there would be Clockwork Goblins to assimilate my Horde counterpart.
Also, the Earthen seemsā¦ very interesting and very similar to us.

Mechagnome
Leveling my first one now! Meet āCrusader Luckleā, a parody of my VDH main. If the VDH is Batman, Luckle is Lego Batman. Mixed with Inspector Gadget.
I am leveling him in Chromie-time BFA, mostly through dailies for the Rustbolt Resistance. Studied engineering in Tinkertown until they let me specialize in Gnomish Engineering. Detoured to Gnomeregon for some old lore from a new perspective. Then to Draenor long enough to build a secret hideout defended entirely by gnomes (complete with engineering shop and Gnomish Gearworks).
Todayās Rustbolt dailies should get me to Revered. Then on to Exalted; I want that Rustbolt tabard and hearthstone!
