I am assuming it was a typo. Maybe a Copy-Paste error because regular races require level 120 and they just announced Goblin and Worgen stuff lol
If I can fuse the heritage armor on my Mechagnome I would. It’s the look I want for them over all.
It makes sense. Like I said earlier, the Zandalari had the same typo at some point or another and then it got changed to 110.
