It was confirmed via WoW Retail Support Ticket by GM Igtenawcue that I met the requirements for the Mechagnome Allied Race. But when I go to the main character screen to create a toon with the Mechagnome Race, it’s grayed out. I have no other toons on the same questline and have deleted my WTF folder and Cache folder and still at a roadblock. Last option from GM Igtenawcue was to make a bug report. HELP!
