Mechagon: 'Caustic Mechaslime' and item 'Blueprint: Utility Mechanoclaw' NEEDS ATTENTION

I second this. I have been killing this mob for the past months (sometimes multiple times a day) and this is literally the last thing that is needed (Blueprint: Mechanoclaw) to get the mount and achievement. Even if this is a 1% drop someone should have collected the drop by now. Please Blizz, fix this.
