Oh wait, I’m dumb, you said account bound. Account bound items are always a specific color and I believe this one is not, no.
No, it is not. It’s also not like the other special pet families in that it is not account wide once you learn it. I don’t understand that last part with cloud serpents and undead pets once you get the unlock on a different race, it’s account wide.
