My Warlock needs to complete the “Meatball” for its Order Hall. “The First Rule Of Brawler’s Guild” is a prerequisite. I need the Blood-Soaked Invitation item and was wondering how to get it, I haven’t seen the Shady NPC in Orgrimmar near the Blacksmith, and my druid check the Deep Run Tram in Storm wind, to no avail. I also hunted mobs on the Island “Sheild’s Rest” which is located off the shore of Stormheim in the Broken Islands. But nothing dropped. Do you know of any other way I can obtain the "Blood-Soaked Invitation? Is the NPC Shady still active in WOW>?

That quest is optional and not a requirement to complete the Order Hall campaign. The Brawler’s Guild does not exist, so I don’t know if the invitation still drops.
