Does any priests/anyone know if this stacks in the arena waiting room, or does the timer/stacks start, after you’ve entered combat?

It no longer stacks. Use to. Sadly. As soon as gates open its timer starts

Depends. I’m on phone can’t look but it ur nexro just use pallid. But if venth then I rotate between measured. Twins. And sephuz. Like rsham war I like measured. But war rdruid I like twin pi etc. Measured is good over all for double dps 2s. Next patch ima use it.
I use pallid for sure. I’m just brainstorming

Shadowmend leggo is insane so is double PI. If you play sephuz your trolling
